We have a standardised Music on Hold on all our PBXes which gets rolled out in the Music on Hold URL Path. Which perfectly works for the actual music on hold.

But when I use the "MOH" tag in e.g. a Waiting Queue announcement, it does not play what is in the Music on Hold URL but it plays the standard hardcoded Innovaphone techno waiting music.

In my opinion "MOH" should always refer to the Music on Hold URL unless it is empty.

Wir rollen bei allen unseren PBXen standardmäßig eine Wartemusik mit aus.

Diese steht dann entsprechend in der Music on Hold URL und funktioniert auch einwandfrei, wenn man jemanden in Rückfrage nimmt.

Wenn ich aber "MOH" als Ansage in z.B. einer Waiting Queue einsetze, wird nicht das abgespielt, was in der Music on Hold URL steht, sondern die Innovaphone Techno Wartemusik.

Meiner Meinung nach sollte "MOH" immer auf die Music on Hold URL verweisen, außer diese ist leer.
