How to display html iframe in softphone which is always visible when softphone is opened

I Have a question about displaying html iframe in softphone, described here:

innovaphone Apps SDK Developer Forum

Problem with solution there is that it cant be always opened for whole softphone opening duration.

How can I display html iframe in softphone which is always visible when softphone is opened. iframe should be configurable via client api or optionaly have own Websocket connection.

Hello Iqbal,

at the moment there is no possability for this.

For the moment the only way to do this, is in a seperate App and using the RCC Api from this App.

So you have a frontend (own App) where you get your Callinformation from your monitored user and you can do whatever you want with it.

Would that be a solution for you ?

currently we are using this workaround but user need to switch between apps, which is not useful. can you take this as feature request?

It would be nice to have an area for custom HTML in the Phone/Softphone/RCC App UIs for App Developers.

For example:

Groupmonitor
Own Calllist U
present candidates for the next outgoing calls
So the users could work in one UI without changing into Partner App frontends.

Yes indeed it is great feature for allowing mini Apps/ Plugins to be visible in Softphone App. It opens whole different kind of Applications for Softphone Users like custom call notes, change outgoing numbers etc.
