the only info I can see here is "msg":"r-rel","info":[{"type":"cause","vali":0}], which means the other side (probably the Waiting Queue Object with the extension 1064), disconnects the call. Unfortunately the cause code is 0, so it is not possible to say why the call was disconnected.

I would check if calling to this WQ works at all(by starting the call not via RCC, but on the controlled device) and which configuration is on the WQ.
