Gets Innovaphone Install when login to myAPPs plattform

Hi.

On latest version we now also get INNOVPHONE INSTALL window when we try to log inn to myAPPS plattform.

Got this problem earlier when we setup a new IP811.

Solution was to startup with older version.

We now tried a new startup with 13r2sr26. Same problem

If I manually put in https://10.20.10.5/PBX0/APPCLIENT/136432/appclient.htm

in webbrowser, I can log in and do config.

If I only puts in : https://10.20.10.5 i get Innovaphone Install page.

Anybody that can thell how to avoid the Installpage ?

(does not help removing --> x.x.x.x /136432/install.htm

Go on the Advanced UI of your PBX by opening https://10.20.10.5/PBX0/APPCLIENT/136432/appclient.htm and starting Devices App (or via https://10.20.10.5/admin.xml?xsl=admin.xsl).

Go to Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Command and execute following commands:

!config change HTTP0 /home PBX0/APPCLIENT/appclient.htmconfig change HTTP0 /home PBX0/APPCLIENT/appclient.htm

!config write

!config activate

The problem should be fixed.

I tried your commands, sorry, did not help!!

Looked into an other IP811 i have, here was url=

config change HTTP0 /home PBX0/APPCLIENT/appclient.htm /port 80 /https-port 443

Tryed also this command, but no help.

Is there something else in config that has to do with this ?

Still gets the Innovaphone Install.

And yes, we want to log into PBX (and all oteher Gateways) via myAPPs platform.

Hi,

the easiest way to "fix" this, is to use your username and password and press "OK". Afterwards you select the option "Do manual configuration".

The installer-page will be skipped and should never be shown again on this device.

Right Maurice,

but in this case the Advanced UI is the new Default Page. As I understand the TO wants to have the myApps Login Page as default.

Maybe i would try a browsersearch in configfile on the words "provisioning", "install" and so on.

Also according to Niels post, i would try this:

After a successful INSTALL it is disabled.

How did you configure the scenario? Manually or with the INSTALL?

My experience is:

After a successful Install, it is not disbaled!

We always use the INSTALL.

Just now I am setting up a IP311.

Selected Do Manual Configuration, nothing happens!

Jumps back to the top.

Sorry, I cant explain what happens, have done this a LOT of times with new V13 PBXès to Ships and oil-Rigs (15-20 pcs of IP811/IP305/IP311), it has worked
