App WQSTATUS (Trizwo)

Hello

Who has already use this app ?
In the setup WQSTATUSADMIN, it is possible to setup one queue. But how to setup other queues for the monitoring? It is just to monitor one queue? Not possible to have multi monitoring of several waiting queue?

The wiki link speak about licenses for each user.. I don't understand the scheme/the licensing model because It is a queue monitoring and we speak about the users in the queue.

Hi!

I'm using it with 5 waiting queues. I just created 5 app instances, e.g. wqstatus-hq, wqstatus-oncall, wqstatus-whatever, ... which adds the benefit that you can configure which group of users can see which waiting queues.

ok I undestand what you are done.

My customer would like to have multi-queue monitoring in the same window

Not possible with the current implementation.

Would the switchboard app (Queues) be suitable for your customer? (it wasn't for us)

And there is the MediaRunway app "Queue Board". I don't know what it does, but there are YouTube videos showing the functionality.

Hi,

with our app you can combine muli queue scenarios. Also you can choose if you want to get a list of missed calls or just do monitoring.

Licences is via innovaphone, so you can use the standard testmode oder testlicenses for testing.
