BUG in V13SR5: STUN / TURN URL changes to default after reboot

Hello all,

just setting-up a v13 system incl. reverse proxy via public dns.

Environment:

We change the "STUN Server" and "TURN Server" URL on the reverse proxy (dedicated IP411 gateway) from the default values to a custom one and created a TURN Username and Password.

The NAT Detection completes with "Full-Clone" successfully.

Issue:

After reboot, all "STUN"-Settings are reset to default. (Public innovaphone STUN server, and pbx's DNS hostname as TURN server.)

We are able to reproduce the error.

The settings are visible in the downloaded backup file (before and after the reboot.)

Is there anyone who can confirm this?

I've already fixed the issue for myself (with the friendly support of innovaphone DEVOPS)

As long as there's a domain template, the Media settings are inheritated by policy.

BAD DESIGN is that it is never shown neither in the Classic UI nor the Modern V13 thing.

Works as designed from V13r1 alpha

We kow it and so we have no problem in this, but yes, it will be nice that configurations which are set from the domain-config will be marked at the classic UI. But there are a lot of more important jobs for development...

Hi Patrick,

Create a special category that you can exclude from provisioning or updates.

Put the device in this seperate Category.

Under Domain, Device Configuration,

edit Media Global by untagging "Aplly to all devices" and check all categories that you want to deploy the Media Settings to ( ofcourse except the one with the special category previously created)
