Chat: better visaility when receiving a new message

Within the old MyPBX on windows you received an pop-up when a college was sending you a chat message. With MyApps this is not the case you have to look onto the myapps to find that you received a message and sometimes this was hours ago. Also there will be a message in windows messaging but thats not poping up as well or if it does it is goan after a view seconds.

It whould be great if there was a better visabil warning if a new message is received so you can respond faster to the questions of your colleges.

Definately a problem. Without notification the chat app is useless for us and our clients. Hope this will be included soon!

myApps does not show any indication of new messages, only when opening the chat app itself.

There should at least be an indication for new messages either on the chat app button in the home bar, or on the myApps icon in Windows (taskbar and/or systray)

There is a popup but it disappears quickly.
