v13 ip411 stays in state "connecting with devices" when trying to register new phone for user

When going to the users admin app, and trying to register a new innovaphone phone (in this case a IP222, but that doesnt really matter), I take the first step and click innovaphone, and press the next button.

After that, the procedure remains in the state "Connecting with devices" and never gets out of it, no matter how long I wait.

When I go to the devices app directly there is no problem, and the app works fine, just like any other app on the app platform. Checked URL of the devices app which is ok.

What is wrong here?

Hi,

nothing is wrong with the PBX this is a display error. i have the same "Problem" witch may fixt in new service release.

Could you check if the Profile App Object has the Services and Devices-API flags marked on the Admin UI?

Hi, I assigned all API permissions to it (see screenshot).... but still no change. The add phone wizard still is blocked in the second step. Is there a workaround to still generate provisioning codes for devices then for a specific user?

No, there is no workaround. Could you check if the Devices-API is selected on the "Apps" tab for the Profile App Object? If so, we need to check the Users and Devices traces from the AP Manager.

Please check if both Devices and Devices API App Objects have the websocket flag and if both are connected. We need App, Database, App Websocket and TLS traces from the Users side to see the TCP data between Users and Devices.
