IVR Menu (Innovaphone PBX)

We already work with this PBX for frequent time, but i got stuck right know.

I try to configure a IVR menu, this was recorded by a professional voice-over in .wav file.

I understand the flow on the PBX by objects (Waiting Queue, etc), but i am stuck by the "1st Announcement", the url.

I found a page where i can convert my audio (https://www.innovaphone.com/nl/service/support/convert.html)

But i need to have a URL?

https://x.x.x.x/DRIVE/CF0/ivr/................

Where can i find this URL? or the path of the URL?

someone can help me?

Webbased i can see the root.

But i can't add something??

Hi. So I think you use firmware 12 or older. If you have a singe device with SSD containing your files you can simply use http://127.0.0.1/Drive/CF0/ivr.$coder?coder=........
Did you know about the coders parameters?

Hi Maik,

The version is: 11r2 sr8 IPVA [11.3355]

Its not possible to add a entry on index of /DRIVE/CF0/ivr/?

On this path i need to have add an entry, so i can store my announcements. But i can't find any button to add something?

We are working with +- 230 devices, we don't use a single device SSD.

I do know about the coders paramaters.

Ok, I Never touched an IPVA. On my small business installations with ip811 or ip411 i use winscp to open a WebDAV connection and copy my file to the flash or SSD.
Sometimes I have an Linux application Plattform. There I copy my files on the same way.

Hello,

you can add a new Folder with a WebDAV Client like WinSCP.
Connect with root credentials and use WebDAV as protocol type. Then you can browse trough the folders and also add a new folder under your Ivr Folder
