V13 LDAp reverse lookup

Hi @ all,

with V13, there is only a PBX related reverselookup possible..

no longer a reverselookup what you can configure per User/ Template and so on..

A lot of customers have different databases connected via Estos Metadirectory.

At the moment the sales department is looking at another database then the backoffice and so on.. or some subcompany..

For understanding, at a lot of installations, I have different Databases related to Tempates/departments and so on..

And as special, the executive has one more private Database for sure..

With V13 this is no longer possible!??

That impacts a lot of bigger Installations!

Is it planned to change that for the future?

Why there is no wiki article where such changes are descripted?

I know what is changing from Ticket: 256336

But the community doesnt know that.. :/

Hello Tobias,

I think it‘s possible. Have a Look at the new LDAP-Object. You can create different objects and you have to activate this objects as hidden App for the users. As I unterstand it, this should do a reverse lookup. But I‘m only on the ressearch-phase in this...

If you use Meta Directory with V13, do you get also the results showed in myApps like:
