Linux Web Server - No password is working

Guten tag,

We had a computer with Innovaphone Application Platform (VMWare) running the Reporting application crash on us.

I've come so far as to installing the Application Platform, I could connect to the web server during the installation but once done it is asking for a password when I reconnect.

I have tried the default username and password provided by the wiki* (admin - linux) but it is not working. I've tried all combinations I can think of but nothing is working.

I am running V10 of the LAP and PBX, does anyone know the password to the Linux Web Server?

Whats about the linux-root-access? If the root-PW works, it will help this:

Hello and thanks for quick response, I tried to reset the password using Putty to connect to the VM. After the reboot I still can't log in to the Web Server using admin/linux

echo "admin:Linux Web Server:c33c4d3f554367d5d1c3c9bf36803024" > /home/lighttpd/lighttpd_htdigest.user
echo "admin:Linux Webdav:7182e328a0531dd2d44d225f36da6b87" > /home/lighttpd/webdav_htdigest.user
/etc/init.d/lighttpd restart

Did you tried another wbbrowser. I had already problems with MS-Edge to login at Innovphone-devices.

If you setup an innovaphone Application Platform (VMWare!) from scratch, the webserver login through a browser is in the first step not required at all and later admin - linux .

I just tried it myself right now.

Yes the process should be automatic, the second time I installed using an older SR and I could see the installation process. However the default password is not working.

I don't know what could be wrong, maybe I make some mistake but if so I can't figure out what.
