IPVA inside a container
Hello Guys

We are planning to host backup IPVA's for our customers. For efficiency-reasons, we would like to use docker-based containers.
I created a proof-of-concept based on qemu, but it is sadly not efficient to run it inside a container.

Best would be, to have the Innovaphone appliance as a linux application, so we could run it of a for example debian based container.

Is there a possibility to do this?

Thanks you and yours sincerly

Hi Marc,

The qemu concept you created, did you migrate the vmdk to a docker image?
What do you mean about not efficient?

If the efficiency-reason is your IPv4 resource pool, then maybe there are other options like IPv6 for that. Tested this myself and works fine.
