Salesforce: Inbound Calls Handling with innovaphone?
We have the second time now from a prospect the request for a Salesforce connection with innovaphone pbx.
This means the handling not only for outbound calls - this seams to work via tapi or is ok via hotkey dialing - but espacially that of incoming calls.
These should open the corresponding dataset for identified customers phone numbers.
Does anyone yet has seen or implemented such a solution or has some helpful infos how to handle this?
