One way audio after update
Hi There,

After updating innovaphone softwarephone client, I now have issues with 1 way audio. Caller can't hear recipient on other end of the call. But -recipient can here caller fine.
12R 1 SR8
Build: 121106

The issue is only present when device is connected via my network's WiFi.
Works fine on LAN cabled connection running outbound via access port on same switch and same firewall as the WiFi uses.

This wasn't an issue previously on WiFi and immediately occured after the update.
Is there something in the update which altered the traffic and means I'll need to reconfigure my WiFi AP and/or the trunk port on my switch?

How it's always been setup is:
Traffic from device on WiFi AP is sent untagged (default VLAN). Untagged traffic is handled by switch and placed into correct VLAN and forwarded to firewall outbound.

Protocol used: H.323/TLS
All other settings default! > Coder (General and Local): G711A

Sorry to clarify:
This problem is only on Outbound calls.

So agent making the call, can't hear the receiver.
Receiver appears to be able to hear the caller fine.

Hi Jason,

I have the same issue at the moment, in the past i did not have this problem, but now i have this problem. The only difference between your network and mine is : the traffic at the AP are in their specific VLAN and then routed to the router and rest of the settings.
Cabled phones are fine and any body in any situation can hear themselves.

however, when people are in AP area with IP62 can not hear the other side.
The coder on is G711A, and also I tried the G729 which is lighter , but still no chance to hear the other side. sad

just for Information - If you use an IP62 and have oneway audio in the most of cases there is a missing STUN/TURN configuration.

The WiFi phones works a little bit other then softwarephones or deskphones.
In this case you must enter the config via the configuratiuon tool WinPDM.

We have described it in the wiki.

My wifi and LAN are on different subnets. After enabling stun/turn on the pbx and configuration it on the IP62 it seems to work.
