Is there a way to identify missed calls and missed chat messages using SOAP?
When you miss a call or receive a chat message you receive a notification in Mypbx and/or the end device.

Is there a method to poll this information using SOAP to build an application that reacts to missed calls and/or chat messages?

If so, what methods retrieve such information? so far I was unable to identify these methods in the SOAP API in the wiki.

Thanks!

Aiman,

not that easily. You would monitor all the lines that you are interested in. When you receive a final CallInfo for a call and you have not seen a connect before, then you have a missed call.
