Yealink Provisioning App Phones und DECT

Hallo zusammen, hat jemand von euch die Yealink Provisioning Apps zum laufen gebracht? Ich komme mit der Anleitung von Yealink nicht zurecht, da ist so wenig beschrieben, wenn ich das so umsetze dann funktioniert es nicht.

Dazu muss ich sagen läuft das auf einer Test Innovaphone Umgebung die nur im LAN betrieben wird, kein Reverse Proxy, einfachstes Konzept.

Gerade die Yealink DECT Provisioning App wollte ich testen und da geht einfach nichts außer das ich Fehlermeldungen in der App sehe "request.header.invalid"

Wäre dankbar wenn hier jemand Tipps hat.

Thanks for your feedback. May I ask you which version of our Yealink app are you using ? have you already opened a support ticket about your issue ?

About the Yealink DECT App you may need to ask Yealink directly since they write the application

Hello Christopher,

If you have a v14r1 system you can install our Yealink App with an easier way.

First remove/uninstall our yealink app that you have tried to install

-Go to your PBX manager App

-Find the coloured app AP app installer, click on it to display the store on the right side.

-Search for yealink

-Select the version and click install (this will prepare and install app service and instance in your AP)

-When install is finished, close and re-open PBX manager App in order to refresh the coloured AP

you will normally see the Violet AP Yealink plugin in order to create the app object in the PBX.

About the Yealink DECT provisioning App, this app has been developed by Yealink directly. If they have not made any changes, they are not obliged to follow our version logic. So it can happen that you have a partner app tagged with :13r3sr1 for a v14r1 system.

BTW : the installation process described above works for all apps (including the partner apps listed in our store

)

Yes thank your for advice but i dont have a problem with installing the apps. It is just how to cofigure the values in the Yealink Prov App like server name etc.

If i can get the normal Yealink App i think i will be able the do the same with the dect version.

Got it, you have to change the default configuration on the phone to trust the innovaphone certificate... otherwise it doesnt get the configuration.

Other Bug ist that you cannot configure the PBX IP Adress, instead it took per default the domain name of the system.

Next problem, you cant configure BLF or shortdial keys in the Yealink App, you have to do it manually. This is no way for me.

I think i will stop testing here because of these disagreements.
