myPBX app iPhone, no sound
Hi everyone,


I downloaded the latest version of the myPBX app and put it on my iPhone. At work, the app worked perfectly.
Now I am working from home and when I make calls to customers, I don't hear them and they don't hear me either. When I have an incoming call, I have just the same problem.

What is wrong?

Hi Myrthe,

It's difficult to give you an answer without knowledge of your system setup, but I'm pretty sure there is nothing wrong with your personal setup.
You can open the menu in your phone app and navigate to the point network. Here, you should see the settings of your system to bring the voice over network boundaries (mostly NAT). If everything is empty, the system setup is not complete. Pressing the play button will give you some additional information. But that will not really help you; this is information for your technical support.
Maybe your private network has some unique features (or better restrictions). To test this, it would be interesting to make a test call with WiFi disabled.
