Many customers would like to be able to pin the contact and call menu (as in the V13sr2 version).
In V13sr2 it was easier to connect as the contacts menu and the call menu were immediately visible.

You could leave the existing solution as it is but with an additional option (pin button) so that you can decide whether the contact bar and the call menu are always displayed or not.
