Our customers are also facing recurring difficulties when updating to new versions of myApps.
With each new myApps release, an additional "information campain" eg. per email for every customer and even single user is needed, promting them, to update to the new App at a certain time/date.
And of course, users often face the hassle of dealing with lost domain names, logins or password issues.

From a user's perspective, it would be great, that there were only one myApps version in the app stores. If there are technical restrictions to different App versions, the App can identify the Version of the PBX at login and set itself to the required version.
