Many of our customers always complain about the notification of fax, chat etc., as the users often do not notice it via the Windows notification.

Example:

A user is chatted to on a Windows myApps client. The user is away for 5 minutes and does not see anything because the Windows notification (if active at all) no longer shows anything.

I.e. he doesn't see anything until he is on the home screen of myApps and that doesn't happen that often.

Can you at least make myApps flash in the taskbar until you click into the app? Other applications do this too, e.g. Teams.
