Reporting: Fix the Reporting of TrunkLineObject (switch Inbound/Outbound) to be as expected
Hi,
at the moment, the callcounts for inbound/outbound calls in the report/view of a trunk line are switched.
For example:
Customer has 10 inbound and 5 outbound calls..
Now he want to report the TrunkLineObject to see how much inbound/outbound calls he has.
In the Report he will have 5 inbound and 10 Outbound calls because this report is technically in the point of view from the trunk line object, which makes no sense!
Every Customer are expecting it in the other (correkt) way like expexted..
Ticket is already open, I have to post this in the forum too, hopefully Innovaphone will fix the reports to an understandable way.
