you can act as com.innovaphone.calllist - Provider, but with that you are not able to create your own UI in this area.

You have only the possability to fill the calllist Area with entries.

I have created a Feature Request for this Requirements.

​It would be nice to have an area for custom HTML in the Phone/Softphone/RCC App UIs for App Developers.

• ​Groupmonitor
• ​Own Calllist U
• ​present candidates for the next outgoing calls
• ​So the users could work in one UI without changing into Partner App frontends.
