In the new queueboard-user functionality, I do not see the option for the user to pause, in call centers it is important that the user logs in (registers) and logs out (registers, unsubscribes) only when finish your workday, and if you have to stop to eat, rest or attend to a colleague, pause, and then see these pauses in reports. I don't know if it would be possible.
