All Chat "talks" with other users and messages missing after upgrade to 14r1

Hello friends!

We did the upgrade of our 13r3 innovaphone system to 14r1 last night, and I noted that all Chat talks and messages was missing.

Did someone had the same issue?

I did the individual backup of all Apps, then I have the "old" Messages App" saved, but it is in the old version 13r3. I don't know if I can have some crash if I restore it now.

Is there some workaround?

Hi,

we have lost the messages after update V14R1_SR2 to V14R1_SR3.

There are some error messages in log, like :

...LastCommandFailed (42702):ERROR: column reference "type" is ambiguous

LINE 1: ...sion.topic IN (115)) AND m.replies_to IS NULL AND type=1 AND...

DatabaseError error: DB_ERR_SQL_COMMAND_FAILED

Do you have same version and similiar errors in messages instance?

Hello Uwe!

When we did the upgrade, we came from 13r3sr14 to 14r1sr2.

So, after upgrade, we tried to install Connect and it was not working correctly... fake notifications in the icon badge. So, my co-worker excluded the Messages instance, and added again, then the problem on Connect was solved... and also, all the old messages and logs for investiation too mixed

But I'll verify it in our next upgrade.
