Softphone: Silent monitoring with softphone
Customer often asks to use a softphone for silent monitoring.
Until now this is only possible with desk phones with special configured Partner Key (https://wiki.innovaphone.com/i.php?11065#Calling_the_Partner_and_Intrusion)
We need the possibility to monitor calls also by using a Softphone.
