MyApps, connexion lost
Hello Innovaphone community

Do you have already encountered this king of problem?
"connection lost on myApps even if network is working."
Example: I take my laptop to go in the meeting room, I comeback to my desk, the laptop registers again on wifi but myApps softphone says "connexion lost (launch again the app if necessary)" but network connexion is good !

Hi, I sometimes have this problem myself when I wake my notebook from standby or open the IOS app.

MyApps itself works, only the Softphone app does not. closing and opening the app is enough to solve the problem. However, as I always have the app in focus, it is a bit awkward as you can't close the focus app.

So I always have to take the app out of focus, close it, open it and put it back into focus.

It looks like the routine for reconnecting is simply not running or is stuck somewhere - possibly no timeout at any point.

thank you for taking the time to reply.
If I right-click refresh it works again but unfortunately this is not a solution for our customer. I'm going to open a support ticket if I don't get any other feedback via the forum. I'll let you know if I come up with a viable solution.
