Since the introduction of MyApps Windows Launcher, we have noticed that computers often no longer lock automatically.
This already occurred under V13, but the behavior persists under V14.
This problem has been pointed out to me several times by colleagues and customers and I have been able to reproduce it several times.
The problem only occurs after a longer runtime, i.e. not directly after restarting MyApps or Windows.
I was able to reproduce it myself this morning. I closed all other programs, including the apps opened in MyApps such as Phone, Call List etc. but Windows does not lock the session. Only after I closed the MyApps Windows Launcher did the desktop lock again automatically.
Have you also observed this problem in other environments?
Do you have a solution for this? It is a major limitation in terms of IT security.
