Conference: Add "Conference Recording" - Feature
It would be great if you could record conferences using a button.
- Every conference participant must be able to see at all times that a conference is being recorded.
- By default, a conference starts without recording and must be explicitly activated by the meeting leader.
- It must be possible to deactivate the recording of conferences throughout the system.

- It must be possible to make recorded conferences available to all conference participants via an intuitive access path (e.g. web portal). Depending on the rights assigned, it must be possible to search for, play back and delete a recording via this route.
Maybe it would be easier, to assign this feautre with a special code only in Webconferencing and not in native launcher App.
