[Implemented] TechAssist: auto run of tests
Hello,

I would like to use TechAssist to monitor specifc part of my customer config. For exemple to check if the sip trunk is registered or not.

For that I would need to configure a auto runtime of the configured tests which is for the moment not possible.

Would it be possible to have the possibility to configure and run the test automatically ?

Regards,
Dorian

Re: TechAssist: auto run of tests
Hi Dorian,

mayby i missunderstand your request, but you can configure a shedule.
Inside a test you can configure your own sheduling.
https://wiki.innovaphone.com/index.php?title=Reference14r1:Concept_App_Service_TechAssist#Mandatory_properties

There is already an included Test "SIP interfaces online" with sheduling of 1h. This means that the test will executed every 60 Minutes. (Counting beginning on startup of the app service)

If you want to change this, you can load the test in the editor (enable expert) change the schedule and save it as custom test again.

Hi Sebastian

Sorry I didn't go far enough in the documentation. It works perfectly.

However, the month displayed by the last execution looks wrong.

Last Execution: 29.11.2023 14:56 | Last Duration: 0 seconds | Interval: 1h

should be

Last Execution: 29.12.2023 14:56 | Last Duration: 0 seconds | Interval: 1h

Re: TechAssist: auto run of tests
Thanks, there is a bug in the date display.
We will fix it and have already an internal bug entry: #157796 - Date display is shifted by 1 month

Best regards Basti
