After Update of APP Platform, not able to update APPs

Hi.

Updated a IP811 to V13r3sr10, then updated App Platform to 110032.

But not able to update all APPs from V13r1sr22 to latest APPs (V13), infact not able to select any version to update to!

When i select App Store it hangs ( se picture below) for 5-6 seconds, and it seems like APPs reboots.

Todays apps V.13r1 is working as expected, but update chrashes.

Had a look at wiki, but did not get a clue

Hi Gerrrit,

sounds like he did the big step to V13r3 directly.

I can remember that my colleague had a similar problem. If you have an older version of V13r1 and you update the Linux there is an issue by updating the apps. Henning, I guess you should manually try to update App Plattform Manager via App Store at the UI of the App Plattform at first.

Thanks for replies (been out travelling)

I have not updated any APPs yet, I am not able.

I am trying to update via APP store at UI at App Plattform ( not familier doing it an other way

- PBX is updated to V13r3

- App plattform image is updated to latest version.

- But when connecting to APP Store from APP UI --> it all stops/APPs restarts.

Not able doing anything. APPs still at V13r1

Problem Solved!

Hi.

This was the issue, change update URL to beta: https://store.innovaphone.com/beta/download/apps.json

Preparation[edit source]

When you try to upgrade from 13r1 to 13r2, you get a notification about a DNS problem. This is not a DNS problem, it's a Problem with the json update files (firmware.json, apps.json) of the store because they are too large for the 13r1 Devices App. We used the beta store to provide a minimized version of the json files that is still compatible with the 13r1 Devices App. Therefore, you need to change the URLs in the Update section of the Devices App to https://store.innovaphone.com/beta/download/firmware.json and https://store.innovaphone.com/beta/download/apps.json
