RCC Softphone and MS Teams
Hi all,
I have a problem on Windows 10 with the RCC Softphone out of MS Teams.

I take a call from MS Teams using the RCC softphone app. I can make it and all is fine. Then, when I want to take the next call, I have the problem that I have no audio. But the connection is established!
If I switch during the established call to another audio device in the softphone, I can make the call (audio is working). I can also switch back and forth between audio devices without any problems.
But right after the call is answered, everything is quiet.

As soon as I restart myApps, I can accept the first call without problems again. The further calls have no audio.
Outgoing calls via the RCC softphone have no problems!
Under Windows 11 the RCC Softphone works as it should.

Maybe someone has the same problem and has already a solution.

Hello Edward,

Be sure to not have your audio resources, used by another application. Basically the audio resource should be available for the "local" softphone running in the background.

If you still have issue with windows 10, I invite you to open a support ticket : support@innovaphone.com

be sure to have :
up to date innovaphone system with latest v13r3 service release
up to date windows 10 machine
