Presence contact "im"
Hello,

in the PbxApi i see the presence contact "im" next to tel. Could you explain a little bit more when the pbx automaticaly set this state for the online status and what are the values.
Today i can only guess that it is used for "online" and "offline". And maybe it changes only if a user goes offline or online. Is that right?

Hello Daniel,

"im" means the status was set on the "myApps Client":

Obviously, it indicates if the User is online with the myApps client, or not. Also presence states are set on this contact, if they are set from the myApps client.
