apps.json file generated incorrectly

Hi,

The apps.json file generated by our App Store is missing information.

(See attachment).

1. The description property is empty, even though we added a description to our App Entry.

2. The versions property only contains the latest build, even though we uploaded two builds (a final build, and a sr1 build).

We are running 13r1 sr20.

Is there a way for us to fix this manually?

Hello Thomas,

the App Store App should be from 13r3 major release. Not sure what software exactly do you mean by 13r1 sr20, but this is very old.

The description is fetched depending on language of the AP Manager, so this should be not a problem.

The same for the released files, the latest only is delivered. Older files are fetched upon request.

You're absolutely right, this is the version we are using: 13r3 137688 beta4

In our App Store, multiple apps show N/A in the description.

(See attachment for a screen capture of the App Store entry).

Could you elaborate?
How do we get a new build into the innovaphone App Store?

This is what I think that needs to happen: we have to upload a new build manually, or have it fetched using the 'update' feature, and then send an email to 3rd-party@innovaphone.com informing innovaphone there's an update available.

I did not send an email out yet, because I noticed the apps.json file is missing the description.

Exactly, i have fetched the new build already and it should be available on the innovaphone App Store now.

The missing description in 13r2 AP Manager is "by design" - it will be fixed in 13r3.
