I have some questions to the presence state colours.

I think there are three default ways to configure the presence state of a user.

1) innovaphone hardware phone

2) innovaphone myApps Client in the upper left if you are on the home site

3) myApps Client devices App>PBX>Objects>Presence

I did some tests and i am surprised that not every status which could be choose in the 3rd posibility (devices>PBX>Objects>Presence) that it is translated to one of the 4 color states which can be choose in the 2nd posibility (myApps Client).

Ok if you add the 4 states from the myApps "offline" state, then you have 8 colours.

If you choose one of these states (worship, workship, unknown, tv, travel, steering, spectator, sleeping, shopping, presentation, playing, permanent-absence, performance, other, meal, looking-for-work, in-transit) in devices>PBX>Objects>Presence then you realise a 5th or 9th presence state. In this state you can in some circumstances a user presence state without a presence state "border", like an external favorit is shown. Is it a bug or is it a feature what i didn´t understand?

In the above listet presence states which realise the 5th or 9th presence state, you can also realise that a user will shown the other users that the person where you have configured one of these, that the user will be shown at the other users that he is on phone yet. But the user sees in his myApps Client, that he has a green state. Is it a bug or is it a feature what i didn´t understand?

Also i had learned that when a user with myApps goes offline that his presence border is shown in grey. But why is this status there, because a opacity green would be much precise, if he has a mobile phone or a hardware phone. And every user could see his "right" presence state, where a WQ with presence state will react to.

I know this topic had a lot of discussions. But it would be very nice if you could explain it to me. Because i think, that the old presence states which are today also possible will be delete with a coming update, or not?
