RCC Initialize limit
Hello,

i will split my last post, because i got an answer on one of the two questions.

In the SDK documentation is a 20ms / default 50 User limit for "Users by explicit configuration". Also for "Users by group" is an example limit for 50.

Is for "User by group" realy a limit or could it be also 2000 user or more ?

And if there is a limit also for "Users by group" could 2000 user with an explicit "UserInitialize" be monitored or is / should there also be a limit?

Re: RCC Initialize limit
Hello Daniel,

the group limit is only defined by the fact that overall PBX performance may be degraded on big groups.

If you use UserInitilaize to monitor large number of users, it should be OK.

Re: RCC Initialize limit
Hello Andreas,

thank you for these infos.
But i only know call distribution with group membership for a WQ PBX object, when it should be done with the PBX itself and not with an external call distribution/routing software on a separate server. Or exist also a for me unknown solution for call distribution through a WQ or other mechanism, with onboard features?

Is it also a good solution idea for monitoring more group members to buy a bigger GW to get more performance or configure a PBX VM with more virtual hardware performance. Or is that not an effective solution, because the more hardware realise not much more userses to monitor?

For simple idea, if 100 users in a WQ group should be monitored, the customer could buy the next bigger GW hardware?

Or should/must be the solution for monitoring more then 50 or 100 group member in a programmed app to realise an own call distribution mechanism then to use the known one with WQ and group mechanism and maybe "bigger" hardware?

Its right that the limit is the number of group-member. If the WQ has for example thousends of calls and only 10 group-members, their will be no performance issue if the GW could handle such a number of calls.
