this is depending on your installation. If youre phones are polling a update-script you can do this via the script. I think it schoul look like this script:

mod cmd UP1 check iresetn PC-Link_off
config change ETH0 /lan-link auto /pc-link disabled
config write
config activate

This makes only sense if you restrict the administration on the phone - so there will additional commands needed.

I think there is no other way. Here gives us the colerful new world of V13-Apps not so much flexibility. There is a Builder-App in alpha- or beta-state but it's not working until now.
