Call forwarding only music
Hi.
I am new to Innovaphone and I have a strange problem. We changed IP800 with IP811. We downloaded and uploaded configuration to new device.
Everything works, except call forwarding. When we get external call and try to forward it to next internal user, we can only hear music playing and thi is it. The second internal user gets the call, but he also hears only music.
This it what it looks like on PBX during call. Number 50 is the receptionist that gets all the calls, but user Tanja is the second internal user.
Any idea what is going on?
