Outgoing queue and number of channels / lines
Hi, I am really new here and would love some help / tips. We have recently installed this system and have 20 channels / lines which means we can ring out to 20 different numbers simultaneously. We queue these calls via CallUsingRCCAPIOne. What we have come across is that if we try calling 25 at the same time, a few of the calls just disappear. Our supplier has told us that we need to make sure that we only call a maximum of 20 at any one time and that we need to check ourselves if there is an available channel / line (how we do this is unknown) or that we need to get our telecom supplier to increase the number of channels / lines. I find this very unusual, I would have expected that we could send as many requests as we like and that the Innovaphone system would handle a queue and work itself through it as and when channels / lines become available. Is our supplier correct? Have we maybe an incorrect setup?
