Hey Davy,

at the moment we have two big environments with this problem:

1. v13r2sr4 - using myApps and myPBX - Problem occurs rarely (one in 3-4 Months)

2. v13r2sr6 - using only myApps (never have been using myPBX) - Problem occurs more often, probably every two weeks

I guess that it doesn't have to do with myPBX, even tho I can understand where you're coming from. The first mentioned system only has those problems with calls that were made in combination with myPBX.
The bigger problem here might be, that this issue doesn't seem to have that one specific call-flow happening which leads to the hanging calls. We have experienced different versions of this error, happening in different setups and service-releases. I'm pretty sure that this problem has been fixed multiple times, but it just comes up again in newer versions and different setups.

Currently we're also trying to get a permanent PCAP-Trace on system 2 (with the trace-flags provided by Innovaphone via support-case). If we get that running, it will hopefully give us a bit more information about the problem.
