Re: Softphone: Recording
The new Softphone App in 13r3 offer the possibility to records conversations, same method to send the recorded audio (via HTTP). following options are available :
- Autostart of recording
- Record external calls only
- Start and Stop the recording during a call
these settings are also configurable from the PBX (administrator).
