myPBX catches keys from other applications
I have myPBX (v12.0.5548.0) on my Windows 10 client, which runs smoothly on the whole and causes no problems. However, I have an older application in use whose result pages can be browsed with <Page-up> and <Page-down>. If myPBX is running at the same time, these keystrokes are often lost and I have to press one or two more times until the page is turned.
My first suspicion was that the application was " nuts ". After corresponding with their support and doing my own research, I was able to say that myPBX captures the keys. If I close myPBX, the application works as usual again. Therefore, my guess is that it is related to the hotkey function of myPBX.
But although I have already set the hotkey "-- none --" in the configuration, the described problems still occur.
Is there another way to solve the problem without having to abandon myPBX?
