ip62 shows no access on display
Hello,

i have a customer with 32 cisco meraki ap's.
They use several ip62 vowifi phones and each day, they start complaining that the phone shows no access on the display.

only rebooting the ip62 wil help. then it works normally for a few hours.

there is only one ssid.

anybody had this issue?

Hi Davy

There is a known problem with Merki AP and IP62.
It´s a case at Meraki "Cisco Meraki Case 02616414: AP Not Forwarding ARP Response".
We have sent one IP62 to Meraki for trouble shooting, no info yet about progress but I can put info here if we have any progress.

to bad, this really is on the meraki side sad
