devices in device app disconnected
hello,
i'm configuring the v 13 and suddenly after a reboot of the device i see it with a red icon as disconnected but i can connect to his webpage.

how i can restore the central management?

also how i can restart the pbx from v13 if itself is seen as disconnect under my devices?

If the PBX from v13 is really not connected to the devices app, you cannot restart it through the app. In this case you have to open the PBX via IP/DNS and login with the administrative login.

Does the disconnected icon disappear after some minutes?
Does the disconnected state disappear if you close the devices app and open it again?
