Zoho Phone Bridge
Hey there,
a new customer of us is switching to "Zoho" soon.
It's a web-CRM with call-function.
There is a TAPI which they call "phone bridge" for different vendors, but not for innovaphone, sadly the documentation for the interface needs a partnership with the vendor (maybe interesting for innovaphone since its a big thing in US, and now coming to EU).
Anyone here who has experience with the Zoho-TAPI?
