Call forward issue

Hello,

we are experiencing the following issue with Call forwarding.

We have two sites. Site A has a IPVA (its our master pbx) and a IP1060, Site B has a IP1060. Both sites have a PRI connected to the IP1060. Phones at site A and B register on the IPVA at site A.

All devices are running the newest 12r2 sr18.

Example Site A: If a user at site A sets a call forward to his mobile phone, and receives an incoming external call, the calling number will be display on his mobile correctly.

Example Site B: If a user at site B sets a call forward to his mobile phone, and receives an incoming external call, the main line number from site A will be displayed on his mobile phone. Of cause he won’t be able to call back in this case. Furthermore, forwarded internal calls will have the prefixes from site A set combined with the phones extension from site B, making it also impossible to call back.

According to the routes, incoming calls to site B are routed to the IPVA at site A and outgoing calls are routed back to the PRI at site B.

We have tried setting partial rerouting for the trunk objects without success.

Any help is appreciated!

Hello,

for my understanding ... Phones and PRI-Interface from Site B are registrated at the IPVA Site A.
1. How do you access the PRI Site B ?
Are you using another Prefix ?
2. PRI site A must have clip-no-screening enabled by the Provider, is this also true for site B ??
