Hard phone questions
One of our customers called with two simple questions, however I think there is no solution for their simple questions..

They asked whether the "123" on the last tab (phonebook) on the hard phone could be swapped for the "abc" (keyboard) since they always search for company name and not for a numer..
Secondly they get a missed call for every missed call spread by a waiting queue. Which I find unnecessary aswell. Can't find any info about this either on the wiki..?
