3rd Party SIP With IP111
Hello,

I am using the IP111 with a 3rd party SIP. It did registered well with SIP but i faced some problem with the dialing procedure.
When i enter the full number of the called party and then pick up the handset, the call worked well. But when i pick up the handset at first and then try to enter the number of the called party, it shows unknown number on the display of the IP111.

Please advise.

Hi Abdo,

You need to set the Enbloc Dialing timeout on the phone.
This setting is located on the configuration page of the user.
