Pointing Boolean Object to a WQ

Hello,

Can we point the Boolean object to a WQ and not to an announcement URL?

my main concern is that i have a WQ-Main with several maps and i want to make true and false state depending on the working hours and day. so i tried to use the Boolean object but it will point to the URL Announcement and then the maps will not work.

please advise.

Hi Abdo,

this works.

in the Announcement of wq-object you must config the boolean-object-name as "Extern Name"

Hi Roland,

Yes but this will point the WQ to the boolean object and in this situation the configured announcement of the Boolean Object will work therefor the configured Map in the WQ will not work.

Oops i made a mistake in my configuration.
Now its working well.

I have another question, when it is in the False state can the calling party leave a message/voicemail after the False announcement?

What dio you mean exactly with "false state"?
Which Voicemail system?

In the Boolean object, when i configure an announcement for the False state, could it lead the client to leave a message after he hear the False announcement?

Example of the False Announcement: "Sorry, the working time is from 9 AM till 6 PM. please leave a message after the tone. "

what ist with a cfnr after xx sec on the Boolean object?
You must set the cfnb with "NOT boolean"

sorry - was nonsense

It doesn't work.

Maybe you can use an voicemail script as audiosource for the boolean object. In the script you should be able to set a call transfer after your announcemnet.

But i haven't tested this.
