Pin Dialing
Is it possible to have each user to enter his specific Pin that allows him to dial mobile or international numbers?

Hello Mr. Atik,
There are different implementations possible, going from simple to sophisticated.
1. All users dial the same PIN to access the trunk line.
- this can be done using the Gateway-routes. The User just dials the pin in front of the called number, something like 1234500497031. The routing table is looking for numbers starting with 12345 and sends them to the PRI interface

- a second method would be to use a Waiting Queue object. The User doesn't call the Trunk Linde directly but calls the WQ instead. By using the DTMF - maps of the WQ the user is forwarded to the Trunk Line if he dialed the correct PIN.

I used the Waiting Queue object for the pin code with a destination number the trunk line.
Is there any way to dial the external line and then to be asked for the Pin Code?

You need a specific Pin for each user and use a WQ?
How many users exist?
All variants relate the external line.
If you mean the number which be dialed:
You can asign the number for external calls to the wq object, and then forwarding the calls to a new dummy number of the trunk object.

Can you explain more how can i assign the number for external calls to the WQ object?
My concerns are to dial 9 (which is the trunk line for external calls) and then dial the external number then a WQ or a voice mail ask for the Pin Code. after the pin code is entered, it must be verified. if it is wrong, the call will be ended otherwise the call passes.

Should work differently:
You dial the number 9 as for the WQ Object, VM-Script or so on.
Then you identify yourself with a PIN.
If the PIN is correct you will continue routed to the trunk interface and can dial the external number.
But 500 PINs in a WQ Object.....????
